Open Call 1 \u201dSupport of intercultural<\/strong> projects in five countries\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regional Network for Cultural Diversity – READ is regional EU funded project, with aim to enable civil society actors to foster and contribute to intercultural tolerance and democratic values with particular focus on youth. The Project is implemented by Goethe-Institut Skopje together with its partner organizations: Association Krokodil (Serbia), Center for Balkan Cooperation- Loja (North Macedonia), Instituti I Librit dhe i Promocionit (Albania), Kalem Culture Association (Turkey) and Qendra Multimedia (Kosovo).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project started on 01st of September, 2020 and will last till 31th of August, 2024. The available sub-grants budget  is \u20ac150.000 in total for three rounds of calls in three years. For the first round of call, available budget is max \u20ac51.000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Open Call 1 \u201cSupport of intercultural<\/strong> projects in five countries\u201d, aims to promote cross-cultural cooperation in the region. The purpose of this call is to promote literature, reading and cultural diversity. The objective is to widely disperse support to a number of grassroot cultural initiatives across the countries and to promote their networking and cooperation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The maximum amount of support for this call is <\/strong>3<\/strong>.000\u20ac per grant<\/strong>. It will cover costs related t\u043e literary arts and artists, variety of other cultural and artistic initiatives including but not limited, music, theatre, audio and video production, multimedia and other initiatives promoting intercultural cooperation in the region.  Support of intercultural projects means awarding 15-17 small grants to CSOs from Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Serbia and Turkey (the target is approximately 3-4 sub-grants per country).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All applications must be submitted electronically via the Goethe Application Portal-GAP  in English language: ************<\/a>, with possibility to fulfill detailed description of the Project in local language \u2013 Albanian, Serbian, Macedonian or Turkish.
