Elina Slobodianiuk <br>Thursday, 13th October, 7pm <br>Faculty of Philology, Belgrade<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-black-background-color has-text-color has-background\">On Thursday, October 13, starting at 7 pm, writer and historian Elina Slobodianiuk, KROKODIL&#8217;s Writer-in-Residence October guest will give a lecture titled &#8220;Copywriting as a resource for future philologists* at the Faculty of Philology in Belgrade. After the lecture, it will be possible to enroll in a masterclass *Storytelling for life and work&#8221; which Elina Slobodianiuk will hold during October at the same faculty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elina Slobodianiuk is considered the &#8220;mother&#8221; of copywriting in the post-Soviet space and Eastern Europe. She is the author of two bestseller books &#8220;The Copywriter&#8217;s Handbook&#8221; (2009) and &#8220;The Copywriter&#8217;s Treasure&#8221; (2014). Among her students are winners of the Cannes Lions awards for advertising.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Elina Slobodianiuk&#8217;s stay in KROKODIL&#8217;s Writer-in-Residence is realized through the project Spaces of Freedom<\/strong>. Association KROKODIL, as an independent organization from Belgrade with literary, artistic and socio-political activities has decided to provide shelter and support to Ukrainian literary creators on top of other activities related to Ukraine such as collecting humanitarian help for the City Perinatal center in Kharkiv etc. Being that a large number of Ukrainian writers have been offered similar programs in many European countries, we decided to open the doors of our residence for writers to all literary creators (including, besides prose writers and poets, also essayists, translators, editors, cultural journalists, comic book authors, theoreticians, columnists, singer-songwriters, rappers, spoken word performers, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This project of the Association KROKODIL is supported by: The European Cultural Foundation, Heinrich B\u00f6ll Foundation, FRIDA and Pobbunjene \u010ditateljke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"wp-block-preformatted\"><\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lecture &#8220;Copywriting as a resource for future philologists&#8221; Lecturer: dr.
