PROJECT MANAGER POSITION OPENING<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due to the expansion of our project activities we are currently looking for an additional experienced, motivated and dynamic Project Manager. For the suitably experienced applicant this challenging post is available on a full-time basis. Experience in working with European Cooperation Projects (ideally projects funded by the European Commission\u2019s Creative Europe programme and The Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values programme) is preferred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He or she will be the main point of contact for all the partners involved across a minimum of 5 countries. He or she will be responsible for handling budget and time sheet management and will have to set up a project management information system (which will include documentation management and communication management). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Main activities and responsibilities in project administration and management:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Overall responsibility for the complete management of the project;
\u2022 daily communication with international and local project partners;
\u2022 project progress monitoring;
\u2022 preparation and processing of technical and financial reports;
\u2022 organization of teleconferences \/ project meetings \/ workshops \/ conferences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Experience and skills:
\u2022 Master\u2019s degree;
\u2022 2+ years of experience with project administration and management as well as project proposal writing;
\u2022 fluent in English and Serbian (both spoken and written);
\u2022 good computer literacy skills;
\u2022 strong communication (both spoken and written in formal and informal situations),
presentation and organizational skills;
\u2022 target oriented;
\u2022 responsibility, flexibility, ability to work both in team and independently;
\u2022 ability to work in multinational environment;
\u2022 willingness to travel;
\u2022 driving license. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
