Final Call for Publishers and Literary Festival Organizers: Meet Me in Belgrade Vol. 2 \u2013 International Publishers Meetings at the XVII KROKODIL Festival"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">For the second consecutive year, the KROKODIL Association is pleased to announce the Meet Me in Belgrade Fellowship. As part of the XVII KROKODIL Festival, this program aims to establish a platform for local, regional, and international literary professionals to connect, share experiences and ideas, and initiate new projects and collaborations. This edition of the Meet me in Belgrade fellowship will take place from Friday, June 27 until Sunday, June 29 at the festival venues located in front of the Museum of Yugoslavia (Mihaila Mike Jankovi\u0107a street No. 6, Belgrade, Serbia).<br>Please see the preliminary agenda here: https:\/\/www.krokodil.rs\/eng\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Meet-me-in-Belgrade-vol2.pdf<br>The program on Friday includes a full day of networking and knowledge exchange events. This will encompass B2B meetings featuring dynamic, brief introductions of all participants, reminiscent of a speed dating format, as well as longer one-on-one sessions. Additionally, the program will offer various side activities, including visits to local publishers and bookstores, guided tours of the city, and the Museum of Yugoslavia. Attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in other events within the KROKODIL Festival and meet some of this years participants such as: Sara Stridsberg, Dorota Mas\u0142owska, Barbi Markovi\u0107, Hanan Faour, Dragan Veliki\u0107, Anna Lu\u0148\u00e1kov\u00e1, Barbara Wo\u017aniak. This program aims to support literary professionals engaged in the publishing business and contemporary literature festivals, emphasizing the importance of networking, entrepreneurship, skills development, and creative collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Applications can be submitted through&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSct5SZBpYujmo0FEvLDwrHF_zgQCKrRIBJDr7GzV83o_hMjdg\/viewform?usp=header\">this form<\/a>&nbsp;until June 10 at 23:59 CET.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Participation Fees:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>For applications received during February and March:&nbsp;<strong>\u20ac70<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For applications received during April and May:&nbsp;<strong>\u20ac100<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For applications received in June:&nbsp;<strong>\u20ac150<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:<br><\/strong><em>There is a possibility for a limited number of participants to attend the program free of charge. Selected participants will be informed about the fee waiver upon review of their applications. Selected festival organizers from Western Balkan countries can attend the program free of charge and will have travel and accommodation costs covered, with limited spots available.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>KROKODIL FESTIVAL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since its foundation in 2009, KROKODIL has organized the annual KROKODIL Literary Festival. Originally conceived as a regional affair aimed at promoting dialogue, reconciliation, and the reconstruction of broken links, particularly in the overlapping regions of the Western Balkans and Southeastern Europe, the festival has grown increasingly international.
