Conversations with Milena Beri\u0107, Na\u0111a Bobi\u010di\u0107, Aida \u010corovi\u0107 and Vladimir Arsenijevi\u0107 at the Libert\u00e9, Egalit\u00e9, Solidarit\u00e9! 2.0 Forum<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the four days of the second Libert\u00e9, Egalit\u00e9, Solidarit\u00e9! forum, participants will have the opportunity to engage in workshops, lectures, and discussions that encourage collective action and long-term partnerships. On the first and the second day of the forum, two reflective lectures and dialogues will take place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the guided tour around Subotica and visit to Cultural Center of the NGO Klara and Rosa on Monday, December 1, the second day will be open by the presentation of the Libert\u00e9, Egalit\u00e9, Solidarit\u00e9! research with proposals and recommendations for the involvement and cooperation of civil society organizations regarding activities in response to the aggression against Ukraine, prepared by the authors Sr\u0111an Hercigonja and Milena Beri\u0107 <\/strong><\/a>who will do the presentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the meeting in speed dating format and work in groups Na\u0111a Bobi\u010di\u0107<\/strong> will explore in her presentation how young artists, writers, and activists across the former Yugoslavia engage with the unresolved past through feminist perspectives. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The presentation will showcase how the members of the younger generation \u2013 those born during the nineties \u2013 relate through art and activism to the legacy of the wars during the breakup of socialist Yugoslavia. Their childhoods were marked in different ways by the tragedies and destruction that followed. She will also present feminist books from this body of work and follow the history of feminist antimilitarist cooperation from the Balkan region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program continues with a conversation between Aida \u0106orovi\u0107<\/strong>, one of the most prominent antiwar and feminist voices in Serbia, and writer Vladimir Arsenijevi\u0107<\/strong>. Together, they will reflect on her decades of activism, the personal and political costs of speaking out, and the pressures of patriarchy. It is a dialogue about persistence and resistance<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The LIBERTE, EGALITE, SOLIDARITE! 2.0 project<\/strong> responds to the urgent need for strengthened cooperation between Serbian and Ukrainian women\u2019s grassroots organizations, initiatives, NGOs, and activists in the face of the social challenges produced by the ongoing war. By facilitating cross-border exchange, feminist solidarity, and practical collaboration, the initiative aims to empower those working on the frontlines of social justice, peacebuilding, and community resilience. The project is implemented with the support of the Canada Fund for Local Initiatives (CFLI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
