Association KROKODIL shortlisted for the European Communication Award 2016

The race for title “Communications Team of the Year” started in late February 2016 in three categories. These are: “Company”, “NGO/Association” and “Young Communicator of the Year”. The award jury comprised of European Association of Communication Directors (EACD) board members as well as regional and working group coordinators evaluated all submissions and decided on a shortlist of three organizations per category. This list was announced on June 20 2016.

Association KROKODIL was the first nominee with its festival KROKODIL 2015 communications strategy followed by communications team of Eurocities with their project ‘Cities welcome refugees’ and communications team of Rode Kruis Vlaanderen which was the third shortlisted candidate in the “Association/NGO” category of the 2016 European Communication Award.

The teams receiving most votes by the European Association of Communication Directors members and registered European Communication Summit participants will be honored with the European Communication Award at the award gala which will be held on July 7 2016 at Hôtel de la Poste in Brussels.

The European Communication Summit is the largest gathering of its kind in Europe, bringing together hundreds of the leading figures from the world of public relations, corporate communications and public affairs in Brussels to network and share ideas on the most cutting-edge strategies and tools in the field.
